Established in 1969 this program provides small and diverse business enterprises the opportunity to form long-term relationships, create networks, and learn how to position their companies to win work. Today, Hardlinebuildingco School is offered annually in more than 30 Hardlinebuildingco offices nationwide. Interested small and diverse-certified construction services firms are encouraged to connect with their local Hardlinebuildingco Business Unit for application information.
A diverse workforce ensures the success of our industry, our company, and our communities. Central to our approach is creating life-changing opportunities for members of the community to embark on a professional journey in our industry.
We collaborate with community organizations and educational institutions to provide job trainings that lead to industry employment. Working in partnership with our clients and trade partners, we use a skills-based curriculum that introduces candidates to the construction industry. Participants receive an hourly wage, are assigned to an active Hardlinebuildingco jobsite, and learn both technical and soft skills. Upon graduation, participants apply this knowledge to build a career in the construction industry.
